The Mind Body SINGING Method

Love your Voice 😃

Mind Body SINGING is about finding what works best for you, so that you can use your (singing) voice in a healthy way for a long time!


As a singer, you are carrying your instrument with you all the time - which is great! 😊


At the same time, our voices react to all kinds of things, if we like it or not - so it makes sense to address the ones that are important to us. 🎶


In the Mind Body SINGING method,

I have divided all those `things`

into 7 main areas,

with several elements in each area.


Like this, we can pick one topic at a time to use for our vocal development and to improve our singing!

Private Lessons

Love your Voice 😃

For a private lesson, you basically choose what you would like to sing.


Using the Mind Body SINGING method, we´ll find out what works best for you to improve your singing, and to achieve your goals


Some people are natural singers, who love to perform in front of others.


For most this can be challenging though, and it´s perfectly fine to feel nervous - a singing lesson is a great way to move forward towards singing freely and confidently.

A standard lesson lasts 50 minutes and contains the following 3 parts:

Weekly Singing Meditation - no previous skills needed 😊

Singing is a great way to focus, meditate and connect mind, body, emotions, ...


EVERY TUESDAY IN SOLLN, MÜNCHEN

For this "Weekly Singing Mediation" we'll sing these 7 songs - the more you join us, the better you'll know these songs 😊:

- Can You Feel the Love Tonight

- The Rose

- Serenity Prayer

- I Can See Clearly Now

- This Little Light of Mine

- May the Road Rise to Meet You


Schedule:

Arrive from 18.15, settle in, ask questions, etc.

18.30: Vocal warm up with the Mind Body SINGING approach

Then, we practice some of the songs, suited to the participants´ skills and needs

19.30 - 20.00: Singing all 7 songs in one go

Time for questions 

20.15: Event concludes

Mind Body SINGING courses & events

There are a range of Mind Body SINGING courses available:

- the 4-hour afternoon/evening course

- the 10-week evening course (1.5 hrs each)

- weekend courses

You can also create your own course or event, which will focus on what you are most interested in right now!


This can be for a group of amateur singers who want to improve their voices, for a band with lead and back-up singers who are preparing for a gig, for a choir that would like to improve their overall sound, etc.
